Believe it or not, Caitlin has never been to Potbelly. So to commemorate the occasion, she put on her best fur, her worst makeup, and dove deep into the carb-loaded abyss of 900 N Michigan, up to the 5th floor and into the sacred kiosk that is: Potbelly Sandwich Works.

The look was understated elegance, but the food offerings were more than luxurious.

Oh, yum! The chip selection went well beyond what you might find at other sandwich chains.

Above: genuine panic sets in when she realizes that she is at the front of the line (left) but dissolves after the realization that you really can't go wrong with a classic chicken salad.

The bag has a quilted effect underneath the trademark Potbelly logo, giving a subtle nod to classic Chanel.

Special thanks to Lorraine Farrell for choreography, art direction, and directing photography; and Lauren Hystead for being the Best Boy.
